This is a guide to our online ordering process for Rx (prescription) skincare products. Non-Rx products do not require a valid prescription or meeting and will be shipped out immediately after your order is placed.
1: order online.
Search our online store, and find the perfect skincare product for yourself. Add items to your cart and complete the checkout process.
2: prescription.
If you order products with Hydroquinone or Retinol, you will require a physician’s prescription (only products in the Obagi® Rx store category require a prescription). We will send you a calendar invite for a quick 5-minute call to ensure your chosen products will work optimally with your skin type. Your payment will only be processed after your meeting with a skincare expert.

3: sit back and relax.
After you are cleared to begin your new skincare regimen, all you have to do is wait! Using FedEx priority shipping, you can expect your order to arrive at your door within 2-4 days.
